Bilyk Law offers monthly legal memberships plans which provide clients with access to ongoing and daily legal support for one flat fee. Monthly membership fees vary depending on client needs and work volume. All memberships include unlimited access to legal advice through phone and email communications.
Access to Ongoing Legal Support
Bilyk Law clients have unlimited access to a lawyer who becomes a de facto member of their team without having to hire a full-time in-house counsel. Ongoing and regular communication leads to more effective legal support through a better understanding of the client’s short and long-term business goals.
Cost Certainty
Ongoing legal support at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time lawyer. The cost of each membership package is determined by the client’s budget and legal needs. Clients are in complete control of their monthly legal spend, and the days of paying a lawyer for a twenty-minute phone call are over.
Flexibility
Each monthly membership plan is unique to the client. Clients are able to scale up or scale down at any time depending on changing business needs or budgets. Clients are also free to cancel their membership plans at any time if they are not satisfied with the services they receive.

Unlimited Legal Support
Every legal membership plan includes unlimited phone calls and email support at no additional charge.

Initial Consultation
Membership plans include an initial on-site consultation to assess short-term and long-term business goals, set legal mandates, and to review company practices, policies and procedures.

Hour Bundles
Clients have access to additional legal services (between 2-20+ hours per month) to use for ongoing projects and substantive legal work including for example: drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, or holding onsite meetings.

Reduced Rates
Clients take advantage of reduced rates for any additional hours or support required in a month after hourly bundles are exceeded.

Carry Over Hours
Clients can carry over any unused hours in their hourly bundles from one month to the next.

No Travel Expenses
Clients are not billed for any local travel expenses and time spent traveling to and from client meetings is not charged or applied to hourly bundles.
